In 2016, Great Wall Motor won “Annual Distinguished Service Award of Auto After-sales Service in China”; in 2017, HAVAL brand owned by Great Wall Motor was awarded the 1st prize in vehicle after- sales service satisfaction index among independent brands in China.

While continuously taking the lead in China, Haval vigorously develops overseas markets at the same time. As the “No. 1 SUV Brand in China”, HAVAL sets “Internationalized professional SUV brand” as its brand goal, and attaches great importance to its overseas branding and service reputation. Improvement of distributors’ professional competence is a strong guarantee for HAVAL brand. In September 2017, Great Wall Motor held a special training related to products and technologies to HAVAL overseas distributors in Tianjin, China. The training focuses on new product and new technology, sales/ service process, test drive management and HAVAL Delight implementing standard. Meanwhile, exchange skills about vehicles was launched. There were 19 countries attending the training, covering target regional markets like South American Area, Middle East-Africa Area and Asia Pacific Area. The trainees were all middle management from technical and commercial department.

Through team training based on tech and non-tech, overseas distributors have gained a full understanding about new product and technology of HAVAL, as well as service concept. And they were clearer about management standard and requirement of GWM, and expressed that they would transfer the knowledge learned during the training when they go back to their countries. Meanwhile, they showed their appreciation to GWM and Gongdao Training for offering the training. This training was crowned with complete success.

September 18 -23, special training on product and technology in Gongdao Training in Tianjin

The course system, based on features of overseas market, has been innovated to achieve sharing of cases home and abroad; meanwhile, teaching form has been innovated according to features of overseas trainees to inspire their initiative learning and sharing.

Practical operation in workshop has been added in the training. To be more familiar of displaying selling points Non-tech team has learned and practiced the functions of new products,; To train their operational ability, tech team has learned and practiced operation on engine, transmission and chassis.

During the training, trainees were organized to attend service experience activities, during which clean and comfort tea break and dining environment were offered.

when the training ended, graduation ceremony was held to award trainees course-completion certificate and enhance their satisfaction.

September 24-25, test drive, visiting of R&D center of HAVAL, and visiting of 4S stores in Baoding, Hebei

On September 24, trainees are organized to conduct test drive of new HAVAL H6 and H9 in Xushui factory. High-speed ring road and climbing hill and special field test strengthened understanding and confidence of trainees in new products; visiting Haval showroom deepened the understanding of showroom operation and management.

On September 25, visiting Xushui factory and R&D center made trainees feel confident about manufacturing and research and development ability of HAVAL.
