Launch of H6 Coupe in South Africa

On September 1, Haval H6 Coupe was officially launched during KYALAMI Auto Festival in Johannesburg, South Africa. HAVAL’s key partners such as officials of the Department of Trade and Industry of South Africa, hundreds of mainstream professional media reporters in automotive industry, Haval distributors, Wesbank and FNB, participated in this event, and attracted a great number of people on the scene.

The event received extensive attentions for three months from 6 online media (e.g., Car and Cars), 6 print media (e.g., Leisure Wheels and Top Gear), 14 mainstream radios (e.g., Jacaranda), 13 television channels (e.g., Ignition) and social media (e.g., Facebook and Twitter), triggering a sensation in automotive media sector. Meanwhile, South Africa’s consumers showed great concern on H6 Coupe. On the first day of the automobile festival, the car was exposed for 350,000 times on Haval's social media such as Facebook and Twitter.

In South Africa, totally six optional configuration editions of Haval H6 Coupe were available, including Manual/DCT Urban, Elite and Luxury. The media and distributors present in the event thought highly of H6 Coupe for its quality, diversified configurations and high cost performance. Participants on the scene showed keen interest in the new car. There was even a long line waiting for a test drive, hoping to be the first one experiencing driving pleasure of H6 Coupe.


Since this May when Haval was officially launched in South Africa, the brand has been under the spotlight from all walks of life, and the sales has hit a record peak.
