In the middle of September, Great Wall Motors specially appointed the trainers for Aftersales Technical Team to go to Ecuador and Bolivia to hold the South America Area Technical Training, so that improve the aftersales special skill for first-line operators for Haval Overseas facilitator, and assist All New Haval H6 to put glorious greatly in the overseas market.

All New Haval H6 has complete improvement at the power equipment and the intelligent configurations, and it was much expected by the overseas market since its launch. The excellent produce has must the high-class safeguard for aftersales service. In the middle of September, Great Wall Motors specially appointed the trainers for Aftersales Technical Team to go to Ecuador and Bolivia to hold the South America Area Technical Training, so that improve the aftersales special skill for first-line operators for Haval Overseas facilitator.


The Technical Support Department Manager of Great Wall Motors Company Ltd. led the technical training team on a trip to South America. This training period was 25 days, it was divided to two stations for Ecuador and Bolivia. The distributors who were from South America’s each countries paid high attention to the training chance. 18 first-line aftersales service operators who were from Ecuador, Columbia, Costa Rica, Peru, Aruba, Paraguay, Belize, Haiti, Honduras, Curacao, Guatemala, British Virgin and in 12 countries had gathered at Haval distributor Ambacar located at Ecuador Quito for welcoming to the manufacturer training team whom came from afar. In Bolivia, the main trainees were from Bolivia, they were totally 12 trainees.

The training was held around the upgrade configuration for All New Haval H6 mainly. The trainer showed the structure, the usage and the principle for the Intelligent Start-Stop System, the Around View Monitor and so on to the trainees, and practiced to disassemble parts of the spare parts for the trainees can master the structure better for ensuring future repair service.


Besides, the theory and the practices were combined by the training trainer team for intensifying the trainees’ knowledge accumulation. In process of training, the trainers set some faults, and the trainees troubleshoot these faults at the scene, so that the trainees reinforced curriculum impression for laying a good foundation for after-sales service.
