In order to improve the production quality level of overseas KD plant and the overseas production management level of Great Wall Motors, and deliver global customers with products of high quality, safety and reliability, Great Wall Motors organized training for quality personnel from overseas KD assembly plants in Baoding Headquarters from April 10 to April 27.

A total of 7 persons from three plants in Malaysia, Ecuador and Tunisia received the training. During the training, Great Wall Motors focused on the five major quality management processes, static and dynamic evaluation of vehicle, evaluation of body in white, standard operation, process discipline inspection and other contents. All the training content would combine the theoretical knowledge with field practice at workshop. Moreover, the training would also target the weak points of each trainee and make specific improvement accordingly.

The training officially began on April 10. The training organizer first held a warm welcome ceremony for the trainees and introduced the overall arrangement of the training. Representatives of each plants and leaders of Great Wall Motors delivered speeches respectively, placing high hopes on the training.

After that, the trainees visited the laboratory and product exhibition hall of Haval Technology Center and watched the company’s promotional video. During the visit, the trainees were deeply impressed by the world-class R&D laboratory of Great Wall Motors and gave thumb-up to the new products and advanced technologies of the company.

The trainees expressed that, after the training, they would put the knowledge and skills they acquired into practice as quality management tools and processes for various factories in combination with the management requirements of Great Wall Motors, so as to improve the output quality of final products, build excellent product reputation, and help Great Wall Motors become first class brand in world.
