Great Wall Motors' Survey on Overseas Customer Satisfaction in 2015

To meet the demand of Great Wall Motors' overseas customers and continue to enhance customer service satisfaction, Great Wall Motors is scheduled to conduct a survey on overseas customer satisfaction from November 25 to December 20, 2015.


Great Wall Motors which exported products for the first time in 1998 is among the Chinese automakers that went out earliest. Its exported products include pickups, cars, SUVs, etc. In 1998, Great Wall pickups were exported to Iraq and Syria for the first time as independent-branded vehicles. In 2013, Great Wall Motors opened up the Central and South America market to enter countries such as Chile, Colombia and Peru.

As China's largest SUV and pickup manufacturer, Great Wall Motors was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2003 and 2011 respectively. By the first quarter of this year, its total assets had reached 61.933 billion yuan. With four vehicle manufacturing bases, it has been capable of independently developing core parts such as engines and transmissions. It was ranked 8th in China's auto industry with annual sales of 730,000 units in 2014, including SUV sales of 519,000 units, up 24.4 percent year on year, pickup sales of 118,000 units and car sales of 93,000 units.

Over the past 17 years, Great Wall Motors has made great efforts on "quality", valued export quality, laid emphasis on exporting high-value-added products, and improved the quality of after-sales service operations, thus earning a good reputation as China's best auto brand.In recent years, with focus on "customer satisfaction", Great Wall Motors has conducted brand building abroad, thus gradually standing out of numerous Chinese auto brands to become an outstanding representative of Chinese auto brands.

The one-month survey will cover brands, networks, products and after-sales services.
