New Launches Lift GWM October Overseas Sales 9.98% YoY
In October 2026, GWM sold 120,374 new vehicles, including 62,862 sold overseas. Overseas sales increased by 9.98% year on year, while sales of new energy vehicles increased by 7.25% year on year.

In October, GWM continued to be guided by customer demand, enhanced the competitiveness of its product matrix, accelerated globalization, and pursued multi-dimensional breakthroughs and sustainable development through its multi-powertrain layout and core technologies such as GWM Hi4.
Multi-Powertrain Product Portfolio Expands Global Market Presence
GWM ORA 5 continued to expand in the global market with its multi-powertrain advantages. In overseas markets, GWM Pickup accelerated its expansion and successively claimed the sales champion among Chinese pickup brands in Brazil, Chile, and South Africa from January to September (data sourced from official reports of the Brazilian Automobile Dealers Association, the National Automobile Association of Chile, and the South African Automotive Manufacturers Association). Meanwhile, GWM's off-road category also was also accelerating—TANK SUVs have been exported to more than 30 countries and regions and have completed layouts in key markets such as Australia, South Africa, and ASEAN, forming a dual-track overseas rhythm of "passenger vehicles + off-road" together with ORA 5.
Deepening the High-Potential European Market
In October, GWM accelerated the implementation of key products, technologies, and production capacity in overseas markets. The concentrated release of these actions marked that “ecosystem-based globalization” has further moved from strategic narrative to business delivery, providing structural support for future overseas sales growth.

On October 27, the launch event for GWM H7 was held in Milan, Italy, marking its European debut. As a global strategic model, GWM H7 was launched in Brazil, South Africa, and other countries this month, and has now covered the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, Latin America, and other regions. Also in Milan, GWM explained through GWM Tech Day its multi-power layout based on the Guiyuan Platform, cutting-edge technologies such as GWM Hi4 and GWM Hi2, and its localization achievements.
Product and Production Capacity Plans for Europe Advance in Parallel
In the next two years, GWM will launch at least ten new models and derivative models in Europe. In addition, GWM will establish a production base in Bulgaria. According to the plan, the plant’s production line will complete renovation by the end of 2026 and be capable of producing NEVs, with a planned annual capacity of 50,000 vehicles. The first model to be produced will be GWM ORA 5, which is expected to roll off the line in the first quarter of 2027.
In the next stage, GWM will continue to strengthen its R&D capabilities, enhance product value, and fully deliver on its three strengths—technology, off-road, and globalization—while pursuing quality market share and helping global customers enjoy a better life.
