On March 4th, GREATWALL AUTOS S. A., the exclusive distributor of Great Wall Motor Co. Ltd. in Costa Rica participated in EXPOMOVIL 2010 which would last 3 weeks.

EXPOMOVIL is the biggest and most important auto show in Costa Rica, which is held annually. Taking up 20,000 square meters, this exhibition will attract more 50 thousand people to visit and also met different well-known brands such as Toyota, Nissan, Chevrolet, Honda, etc. Costa Rica’s government officers and people from the different Costa Rican’s mass media presented.

Great Wall Motor’s stand covers 600 square meters, displaying 5 models led by Hover SUV, Wingle pickup and Florid passenger car.

Costa Rica is the first market in Central America explored by Great Wall Motors, and it is also a window to radiate to other markets in Central America and Caribbean Area. Some of the neighbor countries have learnt about GWM and realized cooperation with GWM through the communication with Costa Rica. Since 2003, GWM’s sales volume has increased stably, which has formed certain brand impression for GWM. In a word, Costa Rica is an good operating model among GWM middle and small overseas markets.
