Brand rating is also an important part of the evaluation, like Ferrari, rated AAA+, was the best among all auto brands. The brand value of Great Wall Motors, which made the list again, increased from 2.392 billion US dollars in 2014 to 2.740 billion US dollars this year, up 15 percent. It was ranked 33rd, moving up 7 places from last year. And its brand rating rose from A+ to AA, which was the highest among the Chinese brands listed.

As the competition of both Chinese domestic and overseas markets are becoming more and more fierce, a growing number of Chinese auto brands are realizing the problem of disadvantaged brands, and paying close attention to upgrade their brand images.
